Stop comfort eating, start comfort running.
I know it’s hard to see what my body looks like through this reflection of glass but honestly sometimes that’s how I feel looking through a clear mirror. A million thoughts runn through my head of people telling me that I’m too skinny or I could afford to loose 20 pounds or a couple inches or that I’m weak. None of those opinions matter more than my own. And I am proud of my body but I do want to get stronger and I do long for a body that’s a bit different than mine and honestly I don’t know if I can have the body I want or not, I don’t know what this body is capable of but I’m going to try and find out
I’m still active guys its just one of those times where I struggle to want it enough to keep me going but here’s some things that have helped me
For motivation
I made a list of ALL the things that make me want this, no matter how dumb I thought they were, while I was motivated. And when I stopped being motivated I thought “beauty isn’t everything” and that was the only reason I could think anyone would do this, so I went to my list and there were tons of things I forgot about like people in my life that make me want this or the little things I take for granted.
For Endurance
The fact is yeah it’s better for your body to spend 30 minutes excersize and eat healthy most the time and things, but I’m not there yet I can only push myself a couple weeks and someday I might show more progress but right now I need to build just one little habit that I will actually stick to so I’m doing this 4 minute workout everyday, I know it’s healthier to switch it up but it’s only 4 minutes so it’s small enough that I’ll do it everyday and it’s enough work that I feel good doing it even though I also hate it ^-^ here it is
Squats 60 seconds
Pushups 30 seconds
Now do ten more pushups
Mountain climbers 30 seconds
Lunges 60 seconds
Jumping jacks 45 seconds

Okay guys. Seriously one of the best workouts I ever had. I tried it because first class was free (which might not be the case where you are) but I tied a silks and hammocks intro class! You know like the people who dance in the ribbon for like cirque de soleil (I think that’s how you spell it) I would highly reccommend it because it’s fun, you don’t really realize you’re working out, and the next couple of days I was convinced that I had never actually worked out before because my abs hurt so bad that when I sneezed I almost died. Also boys can do it the instructor was male, although I definately feel it’s more slim strength not body builder strength which more boys strive towards it seems. And over weight people, my friend with me and honestly she looks small to me but medically she said she’s considered obese. And the cost here is 15 dollars a class, I’d go once a week. At first I was like “I can almost get a gym membership for a month for that!” But then I thought it’s just 15 a paycheck like a small gift to myself, it makes me happy, and I don’t have to commit. So I recommend it fitblr community
Toast and pb and banans are one of my favorites but if you’re counting calories rice cakes are a good replacement for toast I know because I just tried it <3
